A focused session with a therapist targeting a specific area of the body or muscle group. This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 30-minutes. Only available to returning clients with an active membership.

A longer session from the comfort of your location. Our experienced therapists will provide all materials needed for a complete 90-minute recovery session, assisting with active and complete recovery from injury, event or competition.
Injury Support

IT Band
We work with you to specifically address the issues related to IT Band syndrome during a focused 60 minute session. This combined massage and stretching session will facilitate healing of the connective tissues around the knee by easing tightness in the hip. leg and lower back muscles.

Shin Splints
We work with you to specifically address the issues related to shin splints during a focused 60 minute session. We’ll work on the calf muscles and connective tissues to work on both anterior and medial shin splints.

Plantar Fasciitis
We work with you to specifically address the issues related to plantar fasciitis during a focused 60 minute session. We’ll help identify where your pain is coming from and massage the area and surrounding tissues. Our focused massage will help break up scar tissue and help facilitate healing.
