Following the latest safety recommendations has always been part of our protocols. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted these procedures to ensure the best safe experience we can give you.

Our COVID-19 Safety Procedure

What are we doing to keep you safe?

What can you do to help us keep our environment safe?

Ensure that you sign our Covid-19 liability waiver that is sent to you by email 24 hours in advance of your appointment

If you forget to bring a mask, we can provide one, but you will be required to pay a $5 fee for us to replenish our inventory

If you are experiencing any symptoms or have come down with Covid-19, self-isolate for 14 days after you have recovered and your symptoms have completely subsided

Communicate to our team if you are currently experiencing any of the CDC documented Covid-19 symptoms

Bring a mask with you to your appointment (required for service)

Before Your Next Appointment

Before your next visit to our office, you will need to agree to our Covid-19 safety protocol terms and conditions. This form will be provided to you electronically via email 24 hours before your next visit. If it isn’t authorized before you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to sign this agreement before your appointment can begin.

Friends of Members, Accompanied Minors and Expectant Mothers:

Until further notice, clients must be unaccompanied. Only the guest with a scheduled appointment will be allowed to visit the site before, during or after their appointment. Also, we are temporarily restricting clients that are currently pregnant or qualify as minors from visiting the office. Outcall appointments only are available for these clients at this time.
